PSR Toolkit

PSR Toolkit

Centralized Color Management & Project Organization

The Problem

We had no easy way to save and organize colors used for different jobs and different customers. That created real inefficiency, teams were constantly recreating palettes, digging through old files, or just asking around the office for information that should’ve been easy to find in the first place.

The Solution

I created a comprehensive toolkit that solves three key challenges:

Productivity

Eliminates the need to recreate color palettes for each project. Teams can quickly pull colors from past work, reducing setup time and letting people focus on execution.

Efficiency

Centralizes all color data in one organized location. No more searching through old files or asking around the office what colors were used. Information is at your fingertips.

Organization

Provides a clean, structured way to organize colors by job and customer. This makes it easy to maintain brand consistency and ensures customers get the same treatment every time.

Key Features

  • Centralized color storage, organized by customer and project for easy retrieval
  • Quick color reference, pulling up colors used on past work instantly
  • Team accessibility, so every team pulls from the same information instead of their own copy
  • Customer tracking, keeping brand consistency across every project for a given customer
  • Simple interface, built for speed with basically no learning curve

Impact

By creating this toolkit, I removed a significant operational pain point. Teams now spend less time searching for information and more time executing. The result is faster project turnaround, better consistency, and customers who see the same level of attention to detail regardless of which project or time period they’re working with.

This project demonstrates my approach to problem-solving: identify a real pain point in operations, build a simple and effective solution, and measure success by how much it improves team efficiency and consistency.
